This blog has turned into a tale of two different journeys: one we picked and one that picked us. In 2006, we moved to New Zealand to create a new life. In 2014, Jennifer was thrown into the world of a breast cancer patient. Here she muses about life and love and change. (For Jennifer's professional blog, see cultivatingleadership.com)

The Journey begins, almost...
Michael here. Nearing the end of T-minus 2 days and counting. The movers showed up today at 9ish with boxes, more boxes, rolls and rolls of tape, tape guns, and the very biggest roll of bubble wrap I've ever seen. They proceeded to wrap everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. The food. The dining room chairs. The dining room table. The trashcan. The hall tree. The dog. Just kidding, the dog is already sittin' on the beach in Sunny California, or at least in a kennel near a beach in sunny California. Above is a picture from our new beach taken today by Keith and Trish, our friends in Paekakariki. More to come -- at least until the packers wrap the computer in bubble wrap! --M
